Booking and price

The price you see when you book is the price you pay. It is fixed before the cleaning starts. If the home needs much more time than described, the team leader will tell you the extra price before any additional work begins, and works only with your approval.

Payment

You pay after the cleaning, in cash or by transfer, once you are happy with the result. No prepayment is required.

Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule for free at least 24 hours before the start time. Later cancellations are charged 30% of the price. If the team cannot enter the home on arrival, a fee may apply.

Our guarantee

If something was missed, tell us within 48 hours of the cleaning using the link on your order page, and we will redo it for free.

Subscriptions

Subscription discounts apply to every visit. You can pause or cancel at any time from your subscription page; visits more than 24 hours away are canceled for free. Prices may change, and we will notify you at least 14 days before.

Access and safety

Please make sure someone can let the team in and that pets are secured. We are not able to clean items that are unsafe to move or handle.
